It would be difficult to name my ‘favorite’ sandwich. But any sandwich is better with a bowl of soup, and a hot cup of coffee.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Would you be willing to put mayonnaise on that grilled cheese ? Don't knock it until you've tried it WinkWink

I don't hate mayo, but why Oh why. If you want to improve grilled cheese, more butter and cheese.

My wife's OCD , BUTTER TO THE EDGES OF THE BREAD, don't just slope a little in the middle. Butter both sides of the bread, unless your not into butter.

Butter like bacon if you have a little why not have MORE.

Just 1/2 block up the street from my tire shop was a mom and pop restruarnt. They made BLT's using tarter sauce. I ate a lot of them, Fry's and unsweetened iced tea.

I don't know Tom, but I AM going to have to try that.  I LOVE tartar sauce.  I eat my fries dipped in it.

John I already have to many things I crave please don't add more.

A friend who made his living installing well pumps. A lot of them for wine making folks around here. Many of them giving him a bottle of their high dollar wines. But he was not a big fan, being more of a beer guy.  He tells me they tell me I will grow to like that expensive wine if I start drinking it.  But why do I need to develop another more  expensive taste.LOL

So my wife Wink has kept me from moving up to real maple products. LOL I think we have had one or 2 very small samples of real maple syrup, and was not something I really enjoyed for the added cost. I am sure it is a better product than what we use. But many times ignorance is bliss and with the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ involved.  But if Sugarmaker starts running out of room to store it and no buyers coming around I could help him out. LOL
