Have you bleed the fuel system?

Yes bleed when I changed fuel filter was running fine then started doing this. I’ve looked in to it more I think it maybe be fuel shut off selnoid gone bad would than cause complete engine shut down ? Wouldn’t it just keep cranking just not start?

You most likely put a seal in the top of the filter where it doesn't belong, then it blocks fuel flow. Does this have the small cartridge fuel filter?

If it stops cranking there is definitely an electrical issue, it shouldn't be the starter if it's just rebuilt. Did you get a new external solenoid? If you boost directly to the starter terminal the starter will not cut out if it is good.
