Here's a picture of what's currently on my hay rake it is a international harvester early model four wheel hay rake.
The two wheels closest to the tractor are large steel spoke wheels. The rear rubber tires are pneumatic but both are in pretty poor shape, I'm not sure of what model does hay rake is but I'm looking to buy either replacement rims and rubber Wheels with tubes already in them that will bolt directly onto what I have or if someone has steel wheels for these two rear caster style that would be okay too.see pictures below!!!
Thanks Matt

You can check with miller tire in north west Ohio. They have lots of tires for older equipment. They have been in business for fifty years or more.

Ok thanks!
I need tubes and possibly rims so I'm hoping to find someone parting out a similar one( preferably steel wheels!!! ( Comon guys!)
Show me some steel option please, I need to get hay cut/ raked quick and will pay good for 2 steel ones...
Thanks Matt

Probably the same as some plow tail wheels, maybe more of them around if they are the same.

Right - Hope you have a great hay season. The vast number of rear wheel options(spoke/steel/2piece rim/tires) for this style of hay rake amazes me.
