and 1936 on the salt flats, during which Jenkins set a 68 MPH record.
Afterward, White writes, “Jenkins likened his tractor record run to

Notice that the tires are mounted backwards for this record run on the salt flats. According to Marv Jenkins by shaving the tread & turning the tires around the tractor was alot more stable at speed. Kip ------------- HANSEN'S OLD ORANGE IRON. Showing, Pulling, & Going!! |
