Entered with current exploits. BTW my 1999 F250 4x4 Super Duty GVWR is 14,500 and my Gooseneck Trailer is 10,000, so it is AUTOMATICALLY under CDL Should I be using it for ANY form of Financially paid for work as that IS commerce.

talk about using a five pound hammer to swat flies! and, typical of the government, the threat of huge fines if one makes a mistake.

no one wants 80,000 pounds of vehicle tooling down the road, piloted by someone under the influence, but there are cheaper, easier, more effective ways than this. the USA government is much like German engineering, they are the only ones that know what they are doing, they are always right, and all they know how to do is build $500 mousetraps!

Oh yeah HOWEVER, They let Imported Workers that CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH drive and receive CDL when is AGAINST THE LAW. The Turban wearers are NOT the only drivers I have WITNESSED that either WILL NOT or CAN NOT speak English when approached, they run trashed trucks, BARELY have tires on them, watched one (Turned out Somalian) run two tires to the rims on a trailer until stopped by MSHP, rubber was afire, "NEVER LOOKED AT HIS MIRRORS", could NOT back up, Could not pay for the tow as his company would not so that truck is impounded and BEEN Impounded for MONTHS. Yet WE the Licensed CDL holder Citizens that Can read and Write, DO this work for a living and get spanked for as much as TOUCHING the white or double bar yellow lines or driving 4mph over a speed limit. Watched in a DOT Inspect point where a Mexican National with a US CDL stated "No Habla Englis", Mo DOT Inspector asked two more tries for information again with No habla Responses, cut the guys license up IN FRONT OF HIM, then he could speak the lingo too little too late, License GONE.

The list is a canceling type , your name is taken when Drug Test is reported to database and if it's clean - your name is erased - if you come up positive , your recorded for posterity
