Not  this year ,but next year for sure, my WC project should be done by then. Definatly will make the half hour trip to St ignace for the tractor show and the truck show. And I plan to pull in Onaway on Sunday. That looks to be the last pull of the season within a reasonable drive from here.

I'd like to go, but I have to work. I also don't think the WD will go fast enough.

A WD will go a lot faster than a lot of tractors that crossed last year can go.

You won't have any problem with a WD, mine has made both previous years crossings.  In fact probably 90% of the tractors and drivers that participate can go fast enough.  It's the 10% of tractors and/or drivers that don't know how to keep things moving.  Hopefully the event is policed better by its organizer as it seems to be the "world's best hurry up and wait event" you would ever want to attend.  You need to travel about 15 miles and it will probably take about 4 hours plus to make the trek.  Great colorful event, but somehow the 10% need to be thinned from the herd before they get on the bridge.  I have heard that they are planning on about 810 tractor this year.  Sitting this year's crossing out.

You two should talk - both have WD 45s and live in the same end of the state.
