I wonder if the camera guy asked him to lean a little to the right?

Charlie, maybe he's riding on his right cheek a little more today and give his left one a rest.  I'm sure a few hours on those old seats would give the butts a good workout.

I think he's sneaking over to the watering tank, where he's got a couple of long-necked Grainbelt beers chilling...

Yup, same problem here, using Firefox. Switched to Google Chrome, and like magic - the picture appeared!

I think it's in the morning and he's headed for the coffee shop...

Doesn't matter where he's going or what he's doing, that's just a plain old "good" view and brings back lots of fond old memories. God Bless.

You know, He had the outfit of the time too.  Coveralls and for whatever reason black shirt.  seemed like in the 30's that was the farmer's work outfit.
Thanks for posting.  Good Picture.
Good Luck!

My guess is;  Key overalls, chambry shirt and lower back trouble.

If the above were true and the picture was some 50 years later, the front side would show my face.

By golly, JW, as luck would have it we do have a front side view. Do you wear a Stormy Kromer hat as well???

Something finicky in the way the forum software tags images then. The second posting of the pic is done by uploading to tinypic.com, then linking, instead of uploading the pic to the forum.

...and as long as you bring it up, we have a side view as well. Does this look like your arm, JW? It looks like the knee in your bibs need patching, too!  LOL

Noticed the exaust pipe is through the hood on this tractor , on one with young kid on seat it is out the side under hood.
 Reason ?

Patches on the overalls are in the wrong place for me, mine were usually around the back pocket area!

By the last picture it looks like the belt pulley has been used well.

That's not the exhaust pipe. It's the air cleaner stack. Never have seen a cap on them like that though.
