Does anyone have any pictures of how the drive belt is supposed to be routed?

H Clark, Here is routing procedure: To install belt, raise left wheel off of ground and slide belt over wheel. Lower the wheel to the ground. Remove bolt that fastens axle to R.H. axle bearing, lift axle and slide belt to the left on drive shaft. Reinstall the axle bearing bolts. Place belt on drive sheave.
Support the L.H. end of reel. Remove bolts D and E, ( they hold reel bearing and stabilizer tube on), slide end of stabilizer tube off bearing housing bolt. Twist belt to left(F) (drive sheave), so that outside surface of belt will run against the idler sheave, twist belt to (H),( between drive sheave and idler) so that inner surface of belt will run in groove of idler pulley.( The pulley with V groove.)
Pivot bearing housing and slide the belt over housing and around reel drive sheave. Reinstall bolts and stabilizer tube. Tighten belt. HTH Tracy Martin

Thanks alot I will try that. I just bought this rake a few weeks ago and it needs a little TLC. I'm hoping to use it some this weekend.
