It seems the government has decided they are not important as not much current information online. If you look in enough places you could get more. But was interesting how Cal Fire (the approved name of state department in charge of fire fighting) has turned most over to Federal agency's.  The largest fire every out here that was started by lighting storms in August was about bunch of lighting strikes that all burned together into one big fire. Most all of these started on Federal Forest or Bureau of Land Management property so all Wink  you sucker get to help pay. LOL

I do have to give credit to the different fire agencies, they all get along and try and get to fires and put them out then worry about who was in charge.

It seem most just burning in real back country and not much danger people at this time. If you search for the Creek Fire it has had a light snowfall over the area but still many of the big dead trees burning internally. So will take some more winter storms before it will out.

Most are well over 90% contained, a few under 80%

I use this site to watch active fire areas.

Heck all the hot air Schiff, Pelosi, and Harris spew about the fires in California will never be out.
