Will be having my 2nd of back to back cateract surgeries in a couple hours. So I won't be able to see the screen till my eyes get settled in and get some new reading glasses.
Had 1st one done yesterday afternoon. Man what a difference!

Good Luck, had my bad eye done almost two years ago now, it is still changing over time seems they do not remain stable and readers required.

Prayers for good results. I did not think they would do the second that close to the first. Take care and follow the doc's instructions.

I hope all goes well. known a few that have had cataracts fixed,,, most wish they done it sooner...

yea Joe,, its scary to get them lookers worked on..I had a piece of metal removed from one of mine,, it was directly in the pupil, Doc said I would have gone blind in that eye if not removed,, thing is, I saw it all...whatever meds they use to deaden the pain must keep you from blinkin too...

It's the only way to go, had mine done like 2 weeks apart then had to wait till I could have them checked for glasses. Drove to Flordia and back with out glasses and no problem, had a pair of cheap reader if I needed to read anything

Good luck.  Of all the surgeries a person might have, that's the one to choose.  It's a pain to have to stare at that blinding light that won't focus but the end result is well worth it.

Luckily I have a pair of readers here that I used to use that kinda help me read.
Thanks for the well wishes.
Surgeries went great! Haven't seen things this clearly in probably 20 years. Never knew toilet paper was that white. I had put this off for a couple years, and now regret it. On the way there this morning, I was able to see Orion's belt. Haven't seen stars for a couple years.
Having worn corrective lens since I was 9, now 52, it's like getting new eyes.
Anyone having any doubts or fears, don't give in to those fears. Get it done.
