Are the hydraulics for the rear, post clutch on these?
I was having a bugger of a time getting the mowing deck to lift, mine drives even with the lever in the middle position, so I ride the clutch a lot.
I know the front loader hydraulics run straight of the front of the engine, so they are always there.

Use the hand clutch to operate your hydraulics. The foot clutch will not allow the hydraulics to work and riding the clutch is NOT a good idea.

By hand clutch you mean the big two speed lever on the right? That's the one I'm referring to when I said lever. The thing moves as soon as I let the foot clutch up, not with full force but enough to be risky. If I let it run with the hand clutch in the middle position it eventually stops moving but it's travelled 50-100 feet during that time.
But you are confirming the foot clutch affects the rear hydraulics?

Use the brakes to stop movement. It will release better after oil warms up. But don't use foot clutch to east tractor along. MACk

Yes pressing the foot clutch will stop the hydraulics. Same with the PTO
