Just wondering how many parts are common between the CA and the B & C, or was it a completely different engine, transmission, etc.?  Do bellhousings match where you can do the bolt together Franken-tractor?

Engines basically the same except they raised the RPM in the CA to get slightly more HP- interchangeable.

Trans is a 4 speed in the CA, 3 in C and B.

Many people have created mixed tractors.  I have a torque tube from a CA waiting to go into my B.

most Cs were narrow front end and were a foot wider in the back ( wider final drives) since it was a 2 row tractor... All B's were wide front and overall about 5 ft wide, single row tractor.... hydraulics, transmission, bevel gear, clutch, engine , radiator all about the same on the C and B.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

Every thing from the torque tube back on a CA is differant but will essently bolt up to B/C fronts. The wide front C and CA look the same but there differant will bolt up. The narrow front for a CA has a differant casting has more material in it but will bolt to a C you won't be able to use C mounted equipment there's about 1 1/2 " differance the grill Hood And gas tank are similar and will bolt up but have minor differance. You can Frankenstein any of the three if you want.
