Looking for an alternator for my 180D, can anyone help me out with a source for a good rebuilt one?   Thanks!

Bring yours to NAPA.
They should be able to match you up with a rebuilt similar to what you have without breaking the bank.

I have taken mine to a good electric motor, starter, generator place and had bearings, brushes, maybe turn to true and polish, good as new and cheaper

you wouldn't happen to have the NAPA match-up part number would you?   I cant get to the tractor for a few weeks.

If your tractor is tach drive, and want to go to the higher output 1 wire alternator, Give a call to Interstate Auto Electric in Centuria Wi. 715-646-2518
  The guys have been pretty fair with their prices for what I have had done.
