Yesterday we fired up for the first time our complete rebuild Allis U with Continental engine. Got it on time , but not good running on 4 cilinders. After a few times starting the water came out the sparkplug hole between the head and plug. What do you think guys before removing the head and where can I find a good one?

I feel your pain. Could it be somthing as simple as a head gasket, not real familair with the Continental U's. Good luck.
