The wife's CA (wide front) has been sitting outside all summer with very little use.  I tried to move it the other day and it would not turn...like having power steering without any fluid only this does not have power steering.  We have had a ton of rain this year do you suppose water got in somewhere?  Thanks folks!

Sounds like something rusted together.  I had to change the front part of mine where the steering arm goes in and the pedistal is bolted to.  It was very hard to steer and the bushings in the shaft were setting up.

Might be handy to jack it at the torque tube to unload front end and maybe tell then where its locked up.
