Mowing hay with my 7060 and the PTO lever will jump out of engagement when I raise the mower or sometimes not, this does not happen all the time just when you least expect it.Anyone have an idea what to look for or adjust?

THE STAND BY PRESSURE IS TO LOW. SHOULD BE AROND 750 PSI, OR THE BRACKET THAT HOLD THE CABLE IN THE CAB IS TO WEAK.

Yup standby is too low.  And sometimes it isnt pulling the PTO valve spool far enough.

It's probably too low of stand-by pressure in the hydraulic system, which is an easy fix for those who have gauges, shims and know-how. In the short term, I'd suggest you tie the lever forward with a tarp strap or wire to prevent the lever from jumping out of place and stopping your PTO causing a plugged condition of your hay cutting equipment. A fix?? no, but a short term improvement.
