What is everyone using for oil in the transmission?

I like 80w-90. It seems to make the gears run quieter and probably longer. I think it also makes it easier to shift without grinding because the gears stop spinning a little quicker after you push in the clutch.

Universal hyd. 80-90 won't lube bearings in cold weather near as good.        MACK
