I've had an I600 w/loader on it for awhile, runs good, transmission and reverser are pretty well shot.
Today I bought a D15 diesel with a locked up motor but what I'm pretty sure is a rear with good gears in it.If I try to swap the whole rear/torque tube out of the diesel and mate it to the motor  in the I600 what problems will I run into or changes I need to make?

Your I-600 shuttle clutch gearing (forward/reverse) are inside the torque tube, so you will lose that and then have high/low.

The I 600 will have a set of gears ahead of the shuttle/power director pack that reverses what is the low range half on a power director making it a shuttle. Everything should bolt up OK but you will have to swap the shuttle gears into the D-15 to get the shuttle. Since the D-15 is a diesel and I assume the I 600 is a gas you will likely also have to swap the input shafts

Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

Thanks,I want to have the ag set up with the high/low rather than the shuttle especially since my shuttle now doesn't work very well.
