I got a hammer straps that fits my 7580, 8030 and 8050. I need to move my Deere drill that requires a hammer strap . I have access to a burgundy belly 7000 would it fit? I only need to go 60 foot forward move a couple pallets then back 60 feet. 8030 & 50 are both occupied 7580 wont fit.

They give the hole dimensions for the 7000 drawbar. That should let you compare to the others. I can measure my 7000's drawbar if you need me to verify. I imagine you probably have given it a try by now though. ------------- 1979 Allis Chalmers 7000 5800 Hours |

| I highly doubt a model "7000" will fit, because it's a drawbar like a 180 thru 200. Why won't the 7580 fit ??? |

| For just moving it, could you bolt a small chain through the hole on the hitch and move it with the 3 point somehow? Or....I have an end tow hitch for a planter, the plate connects to the lift arms, and then through the clevis hitch on the planter, a guy could bolt that to the hole on your hitch and lift it with the lift arms to move. Or....might just have to "un-occupy" one of your tractors for a bit. |

| When we have to move the JD 9000 drill around the yard we just use a short piece of chain on the loader. It's a 35' drill as long as it was parked with the travel lock pins in it rolls fairly easy. To get to the field it needs to ride the drill transport. We removed the hydraulic transport wheel set off the one that was scraped but they never got installed on the other drill. They were kinda a POS to use any way. |
