My 180 will start right up, runs for about 15 seconds then dies. It will restart immediately but then quickly dies again.I’ve changed the fuel filter, sediment bowl assembly, and also drained the tank and replaced fuel. Any ideas would be greatly helpful and appreciated.

First thing is to make sure to do is to blow the lines out back to the tank. Sounds like fuel starvation. We had a similar issue on our 6060. Get down o a 1/8th of a tank and die. Add fuel even though there was plenty in the tank and she ran fine until you get to 1/8th of a tank. Removed tank for a thorough cleaning and a white seal top off a diesel fuel additive came out. Also the fuel filter in the tank was clogged. 38 years of fuel added, No matter how clean you try to be it happens.

Remove the fitting on the top cover of the pump and gut it out so fuel can flow thru it. Temporary fix.

very common issue, to test it, see if it stays running with the timing window cover off, and allow the fuel to run out the side.
