Would you tend to say that this B has a distributor rather than a magneto?
 So I ordered the governor for a distributor (right) and should have ordered the governor for the magneto, (left), correct? Just verifying that the governor on the left is for a "magneto".

I would more than tend to say. It does have a distributor. I'm a newby to to B's but since mags were common on them it seems also common to see the Delco distrib since it would bolt right up to a mag drive. Looks like a 12V convert too with the ballast resistor. |

That is an after market distributor. That after market distributor was used on several brands of tractors. It does take the same governor assembly as the magneto as it was a direct replacement for the magneto. I was afraid of that from your earlier questions. |
