OK, anyone know HOW to get the left bolt and lockwasher installed in LESS than an hour ?
yeesh, I enjoy 'wrench turning' but man it was getting a tad frustrating. I was going to grind a notch but kept saying 'this time, yeah, almost, jus a lil...ratz, Ok calm down, yeah, yeah, almost......arrgh....

Ahh... just walk away from it and go back to it tomorrow. Tomorrow the bolt n' washer will go right in and you'll say to youself "WTF"???  Why didn't that go in like that yesterday??   LOL!!

yeah I walked away, did THREE jobs for other people, came back 2 hrs later..., took another 1/2 hr, finally got it in. If, and that's the big IF, it ever comes out agin, I'm going to grind a notch. You'd think after doing 3 of them over 20 years I'd remember the 'trick'...sigh, must be gettin old....
I'm making a D-14 left/right final drive 'carrier jig' seeing how the right ride is now leaking 'black gold, Texas tea'...hopefully it won't be a 6 day ordeal ,just  a pleasent 6 hour 'walk in the park'.
Oh well...9 days until Spring !!!
