No diff lock. That's the PTO lever if it is just above the foot clutch pedal ??

The only adjustment on the shuttle clutch for that problem is this: there is a 3/8" stop bolt that the lever comes up against when fully forward. Remove some flat washers from under the head of the bolt or just remove the bolt itself. The jumping out with cold oil is because the internal latching mechanism is getting worn out. They are only good for so many thousands of times being latched and unlatched, and eventually wear. Don't let anyone tell you the clutch needs to be "shimmed". That will only make it worse and shows they don't know what they are talking about.
