Looks like he had enough ballet at the rear. Sorry, couldn't help it. Just goes to show, you can't fix stupid.

I'm sure a lawyer will figure that the manufacturer knew the loader could lift high enough to dump a log or hay bale back onto the operator. I'm sure that the loader manual has that fact printed in it with a drawn picture with a circle and slash threw it so the manufacturer new it could be a problem so the jury will find them negligent. Case closed.

Fellow I went to high school with had the same thing happen to him about 20 years ago except he didn't survive. That image has always stuck with me when I use the loader for things other than it's intended use. We've all done those sort of things but you have to be careful all the time.

First thing I noticed too. He must have forgotten to hand it off and say "Watch this".

He was just passing the beer to the fireman. Or protecting it from him. …maybe.

I had a 4 foot square fruit bin fall on the hood of my tractor had three of them stacked up loaded with pistachios.  That was a wake up call.  Only hauled two at a time after that.

I figured he thought quick and stuck it between the log and the fender, thus keeping it from crushing him. LOLLOL

WTH was he trying to accomplish?  Dropping the log from a height trying to split it?  He's darn lucky, but he's still an idiot.
