 this was on the ott ( kub) forum.... I'm assuming log rolled out of bucket... lind of a 'wakeup' call..

I'm sure a lawyer will figure that the manufacturer knew the loader could lift high enough to dump a log or hay bale back onto the operator. I'm sure that the loader manual has that fact printed in it with a drawn picture with a circle and slash threw it so the manufacturer new it could be a problem so the jury will find them negligent. | Fellow I went to high school with had the same thing happen to him about 20 years ago except he didn't survive. That image has always stuck with me when I use the loader for things other than it's intended use. We've all done those sort of things but you have to be careful all the time. |
