I got a 6080 that looks to have been repowered with a combine motor. Injector pump was professionally rebuilt 50 hours ago. After running for 15 minutes or so it surges about 250/300 rpms. Thoughts as to why?

Sounds like it is sucking air. Clean shutoff at tank and check all connections between shutoff and pump. MACK
