The D-21 has to be the meanest looking tractor made.  I'd love to have one of those!  The one in the picture is fantastic.

Im not sure whats going on there, it has a turbo. so is it a series one or two

I don't know where you see the turbo. This is why I think it's a series I.
Small air cleaner, 6 bolt front wheels, diamond logo, no rad cap showing, series 1 decals.
I also think it must have 23.1 x 34" tires because the bolt pattern on the 32" centers is smaller and the 6 sectional weights likely won't bolt on.
The factory kit to convert a series 1 to a series 11 included the turbo with related plumbing, injection pump, new hood, bigger rad, bigger air cleaner.

Thanks Carl. There is a D-21 here in Ontario that is a similiar set up with a turbo but not the full factory conversion kit.

I cant believe you are comparing a D21 to a clydsdale.  What lousy pullers they are, all leggy for steeping out and making road deliveries, not pulling heavy loads in the forest/fields.  That D21 is more comparable to a good 3000lb old style begian or percheron.  Short, compact, and solid muscle with huge necks, out pull a belgian any day of the week.
