Regarding my 7045, in the past, by barely moving the pto lever it would begin to engage smoothly. Now, you are almost at the end of the lever travel before it engages abruptly. Is this an indicator of low psi on my pto valve? I believe the pressure should be around the 400-600 range? Is there a pto clutch? I do not own a manual. Thanks for any advice

It sounds like a cable adjustment problem or a loose rod end on the cable.
