| I have an 8070 with powershift. While it’s not as nice as some of the newer units. It’s was a really nice transmission vs a 5488 or quad range, or even JD’s powershift. What are the weak points on these. Is there anything that’s hard on them like rod downshifts? I’d love to have another one, any issues on parts or are they all pretty well available? |

| This was probably the most dependable part of the tractor. We had dozen of power shifts, with thousands of hours, and only went into one, well technically two, but there was nothing wrong with the second one. |
