| Old gal says we are going on some sorta diet that includes a lot of bacon and icecream. I'm liking it so far, as long as it don't include a lot of asparagrass, brockley, and rubarb. If'n that stuff is included those filthy old goats will have something to eat. |

a DIET with ice cream ?? ... throw in some M&Ms and IM IN !!! 
I decided to loose 20 pounds 2 years ago.. Not really a "DIET"... i just ate about 20% less VOLUME of food... and Cut out the M&Ms, Barbecue sause and salad dressing with ADDED sugar.... cake / cup cakes / donuts... about eliminated that for 6 months.. Now i do at birthday parties, occasionally, etc.... IT WORKED ! ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

You guys know this is a post from 2019, resurrected by Dravenwo whose profile is not looking likely to be the most genuine going from previous postings? HD6GTom hasn't even been online in 2 years, hopefully he's doing OK?
