I got new studs and nuts to go along with the new manifold for my D14.  Is there any particular torque value that I should tighten them to?

Many thanks in advance!

Little 's' snug.. NOT capital 'S' snug or little 't' tight....
Supposed to be brass nuts to..
I added extra washers between them and the manifold, thinking if they don't come off nice next time ,I'd be able to cut through the extra washer and still have some of the stud to weld to or put  vicegrips on.
