My 7020 hydraulic filter light comes on until the tractor warms up, and flashes on when I drop my 3 point or release a remote lever. For the last year it’s made a starving sound occasionally. It is full of 821xl oil, and I changed the belly filters and cleaned the screen on the pump when I bought the tractor a couple years ago. The gear pump is silver like it’s been replaced with a new one since the tractor was painted at the factory. I thought maybe the last owner was having problems and maybe threw a new pump on trying to fix it. Would the priority valve cause this? I’m going to change filters again but I think something else is going on.

Could be normal in cold weather. The wonder is on right side filter, which reads resistance as oil is pushed through right filter.       MACK
