Rumor always has been that Allis stayed away from making a Big round Baler because of all of the lawsuits from the Small round Baler. You would think that AC would have been a pioneer of the big rounds, but they decided to stay out of the game. ------------- sometimes I walk out to my shop and look around and think "Who's the idiot that owns this place?" |

Too, the suit implausibly claims a failure to warn; perhaps the warning label should have specified “Your three-year-old son Conor” rather than just “children.” |

| Really sad when someone makes a mistake but does not or will not accept fault blaming a machine or a control function and not their own bad judgement. Also bad when a jury awards such bad examples of hysterics based lawsuit to the plaintiff KNOWING and seeing the fault lies with that person and not the machine but the days of $$$$ in courts has been rolling up for a long time, should never have made it to or been allowed to go to a court. |

Some of us automatically know that we don't have to reach under a running lawnmower to know that doing so is a sure fire way to lose a body part. The biggest problem with these frivolous lawsuits is the slimy lawyers who file these suits to start with! Start there and work your way down. It really is sad that someone can be so stupid, yet not able to accept responsibility for their own mistakes! It's also what happened with New Idea uni-system was so many lawsuits so they quit making it. ------------- 35 combines and 15 forage harvesters. mostly allis combines and equipment.WTB 2 row cornhead for a 90 |
