I don't know of any "hills" there but I know there are some arogant people that attend the show. If you don't have your "shiney" tractor they wont give you the time to talk to you.

I would have a tough time believing that there were any great number of folks that could be called a snob. The very first year I took my CA and hadn't figured out what I needed to do to get the plow set up right, I did get bashed by one older guy. He didn't realize I was the one he was talking about, saying I didn't know what I was doing not realizing it was me he was talking about, which was true at the time. I answered him back by saying instead of beating up on him, I'll bet that guy would be very appreciative of someone else's knowledge and help to get it right. He probably doesn't know who to ask. Later on, someone did help me figure out what was wrong.

I have met many nice folks there. I guess there's always the chance of a bad apple or two. If there was, I'd like to believe it was an isolated incident.

Fred, you need to hire an apprentice to sweep the floor, tighten your bolts, & type for you on the forum. Oh, and also provide security in your new showroom. I'm not busy at the moment.....

I guess I didn't run into any SNOD'S or SNOB'S at the show.  However, I did see a lot of nice Allis's and met some very nice people!  I guess it's all in the perspective of how you view folks.  Just my thoughts..............

Y'all ought not pick on Fred, He's getting OLDER real fast these days. Darrell & I put up with him because we respect our elders & most times when Dementia sets in folks tend to deny it & they really do not make any sense. ROFLMAO...Harvey

I probably camped on the highest point south of the house. Had a chev w/ pickup camper. & my D14 which is far from profesional job on it. I spent a week there and met many great people If a person is shy , dont mean their a snob.Theres always somebody that don't like something , but it's one great show & I met & talked with many great people. there was alot more knowledge there than I'll ever comprehend. Enjoy all the good things & let slide some things that irk you. life is too short!!! I go there for allthe good things.
