That seems like a decent price for one, even though it looks to need some attention to be original.

Too many irons in the fire right now to buy one of those, although I probably will go look at it.

I had a hunch you would know about it. We'll be waiting for yer report - with more pics would be kool too......
Hows the sickle mowing? I haven't had a chance to do much lately, the better half has been mowing everything in sight with the "extra" riders - she even mowed out to my deer stand. Neighbor bought a backhoe so I'm working on cutting trees down and clearing out around the pond, hoping I can get him over to practice on some of my stumps and maybe even dredge some of the cattails from around the edge. Been traveling a little as well - spent last week testing the big dog - we burned about 300 gallons of no 2 in a little over 2 hours of engine time.....
cheers,
Creek

Went to see it this afternoon, it would look a lot better at my house. If anyone would like to send donations I can give you my address, or you can talk my better half into borrowing me some money. LOL

You make it sound so easy, should I go hook up the trailer now?

Lonnie -
If we donate can we come visit it? Although I dunno if I can afford to visit you anymore, the better, formerly smarter half is laying out a pen in the pasture........I think she said something about trying to get someone's goat........? Not sure what she meant by that but sounds expensive.....
cheers,
Creek

You are always welcome Creek. If you come when my better half is gone the goats tend to be cheaper.

Lonnie it shouldn't take long at all to get the money donated. Just list your address and wait for the cash to roll in.

In the November 2009 "Farm Collector" magazine there's a story about an Iowa couple that brought one home from Alaska and restored it.

Im thinking the one Dusty is refering to belongs to Rich and Peggy from Iowa Falls. Sorry Rich I cant spell your last name. It was quite a process to get it home and restored. They also have the trailer that came with the tractor. Its been at the Ammna show, the Hutch shows a few times. Real nice folks too.

Skip, that's the one. Last name is Liekweg.
They found the trailer in Scotland. It took almost a year to get it to Fort Smith in the Northwest Territories, in Canada.
