Ihave 5 rods that have oil holes in the center of the rod and one that is not drilled for a oil hole





I  have 5 rods that are drilled in the center for oil passage and one that is not Do ineed to change this one out Thanks

Yes, the diesel rods are drilled.

The dealer must have used a gas rod instead of a diesel. do I need to change it

It will run the way it is, but its not right.   If you used it hard youll get more wear on the wrist pin with the non drilled rod.  Id find another rifle drilled rod.   HTH
