I'm thinking of selling the cultivator lift as I don't have the cultivators. Does anyone have any interest in it? If so, PM or email me and I can provide photos and discuss pricing.

If you have that part you have more on the front and the back so I would try to sell all the parts still bolted to it. Problem is just about evey CA that ever cultivated has those parts still bolted to it and what people really need got junked. So I'm guessing value will be low for those parts. Show pics of front and back of tractor so we can see. Also the best part to sell and easy to ship will be the front bracket if it stll has the pins on the chains it in.

Thanks wkpoor. The only other piece I have is I guess the front bracket you describe... it's a piece of channel about a foot long, but I don't think it includes any pins.

I guarantee the rear brackets that support the rear bar are on there too but they are a plentiful as the depth handles are. Without the pins the front bracket isn't much unfortuneately. However I'm sure somebody somewhere near you actually might need your stuff. I have multiples of your stuff but not one unit that is perfect. Who knows maybe yours are.

They bolt on with 2 bolts on the finals with 2 ears sticking straight back. Small enough to easily ship in the flat rate. If he doesn't have them I do. Got lots of spares since I suspect 8 out of 10 CA's have them still bolted on the back.

Yepper. They are big enough bolts that they will be easy to get out. Use a stubby easyout and a blue tip wrench and they will turn right out. Give the other guy a feew days to respond. If he can't come up with them I've got a bout 4 sets right now. BTW if any part is still sticking up I've had luck with "boltouts" grabbing whats left and turning them out.

The wedge pins in the front bracket are available new(repro). They can also easily be replaced by the proper size drift punch for a morse taper collet.

I am still looking for the depth stop apparatus for the rear cultivator on a CA.

That makes 2 of us however I did find a rear gauge wheel that might work better as it will allow the rear bar to follow the ground. Either they weren't needed as someone else said or weren't popular for some other reason as I have yet to see one on a tractor. When I'm ready to use them I'll either make one or use the gauge wheel.

wkpoor, go ahead and help Eldon out if you can. I've got the rear brackets, but turns out they're used with a mount the previous owner built. So I'll keep them for now. Thanks for the education on CA cultivator mounting. Also, I confirmed my front bracket does not have the pins.

i've got a home made copy of the depth control, it was made by paul barnsley a few years back. (i could get a picture sometime if you wanted.) but i've never needed it. as the picture shows, i've got to weight my rear bar down in order to get it to bite. alan
