With the numbers of fully healthy people on welfare roles growing every day Dick  should be the poster child for the get off your arse and go to work movment!! He does more work in a day from a wheel chair than the welfare check collectors do in a any given year.

I'm in my 30's, and don't know how I'd live if I couldn't get out and do stuff. People like Dick give me hope that if I always have the will, I'll still be able to!
