Does that include the factory "clamp-on" top link bracket and the "wheel actuated" top link?

Ray, does this setup allow the drawbar to remain on the tractor while using the adapter on a D15 II?

No. For your 15 you need regular three point for 15. (I have one) 785-353-2392
