without a turbo? I'd think it would be less than a D17....anyway local guy has one for sale, I asked him if the turbo had a nice whistle to it and he said it was froze up so he removed it, too expensive to replace...made a grill for it cause the old one was beat up, but has lots of new parts....$7500 w/Farmhand loader, aftermarket 3pt, front rims shot (used to move round bales). I didn't run to look at this one....

I got a feeling you will have plenty of time. It should be for sale for a while.

Thing is a D19 without the turbo is a D17D overfueling. The point of the turbo is more air, more air=little more fuel=more hp. If the old turbo is stuck and he still has it, get it from him and have it rebuilt. or have the pump rebuilt to D17 specs

Nebraska test was 66.92 on the diesel.
