I sold the farm last year and I have a good late 200 with factory cab and a series 4 D17 diesel with factory 3 point. I ought to sell 1 of them. The D17 had a complete overhaul less than 200 hours ago and I have owned it almost 40 years. The D17 needs a new seat and paint, gots close to new tires all the way around. The 200 needs the aircond/heater fixed. Gots a new clutch, power director overhauled, 540/1000 PTO, starts and runs great. I sure like the cab in the winter, needs a cab kit, real good rubber. Tranny's good in both. I use the D17 on the log splitter in the fall, put a wire on the hyd lever and wire it back then use the valve on the splitter. Haven't tried it with the 200. Both have 4 hyd plugs on the rear. Both run the big baler OK. Last time the D17 was on the dyno it put out 70 HP. Alan from R and M equipment sold it new to his dad. They gave the pump a tweak or two before I got it. Both completly serviced last spring. Guess this might be a eni mini mo decision.

If you have a roof and don't need the cash,no need to make a rash decision. Always nice to have a tractor or two handy.

I agree with Steve. I still have most of my tractors after I was forcibly retired from farming. sold a few of them, but it's still nice to have a tractor handy over having to pay someone or rent one to do a job you have. my 190XT and the 7010 is way bigger than what I need now, but both are paid for and only prolly need a battery thru the years. that's pretty cheap!

I haven't got a roof big enough for both and don't need the bucks. I did get the cement pored and poles set for the east addition on the honey shed. Its 11' wide. I'll have to see if I can make the roof high enough to get the 200 under it. Might have to pull the muffler. Never thought about putting them in there. Thanks guys.

Your have got two of the sweetest allis tractors there. If you say that you don't need the money, by all means, hang onto both of them. I'd give my eye tooth to have either one of them. Darrel

build another shed, keep them both until someone says otherwise...
If you sell one of them, the other WILL be lonely and have  a breakdown..

I need to get pictures posted of my 200/7000/8000. My 200 has the factory cab and air. Like yours, mine doesn't work either. I fitted mine with the steps from a later black belly 7000 series and the PTO lever now has a tall 7000 hydraulic lever welded to it. Out behind on each side of the fuel tank are 4 holes. 2-1/2" U bolts fit these holes. I mounted a 8' x 2-1/2" square tube out behind. On the end of this tube are 2 8000 series levers. With later 8000 series throttle cables, one runs the throttle and the other runs the PTO. You would love this on your log splitter.
