27th anniversary today. Not quite a milestone yet, but getting there. Both of us have to work, and she has to work Saturday and Sunday as well. So I guess that probably next weekend we'll go have endless shrimp at Red Lobster. That's her favorite eat out ordeal. Usually once every year or two. Darrel

Darrel, every day you’re together and still in love is a milestone, I look at how many of my friends have divorced, some more than once, and I’m forever grateful for my wife staying with me!
Congratulations to you both, it’s a team effort

Well, Joe. I kind of am an old timer. I just didn't get married until I was 28 years old. I had a lot of partying to get out of my system, first. And you say to be nice to her for the rest of the week...? Well, the week ends today, and she is at work, so that should be a pretty easy accomplishment.
Thank you all for the anniversary well wishes. Darrel

Congratulations Darrel ,you keep behaving your self she just may keep you to the end.
But you may have to be careful taking her out for gator with Shameless or rattler with Joe(I don't remember Joe cooking them but we know how frugal he is so cannot waste it) . Or maybe even coming to my calve branding party cause them yummy deep fried mountain oyster been known to upset folks thinking they should be served .(If any of you stumble in here I put on the full Santa Maria style BBQ ,do your own checking out what that is .)
