Buddy of mine from Alabama sent me this picture. Is this something Allis Chalmers built or a home made contraption?

All is Chalmers fuel cell tractor. It’s in a museum but I can’t remember where.

I googled it.  Apparently in the National Museum for American History.

i'm thinkin that the last time I saw the fuel cell tractor, the tin work was all white.
