Just wanted to see how you guys done at the Strasburg tractor pull last night. Also wanted to see what you thought of the other tractor their. How do the tractor here compare to the tractor you usually pull againt? We didn't get home til 9, so we didn't get up their to see you. Good luck the rest of the season.

we entered the hot class for 12500#, and found out it was a road gear 6030 class! I have heard of these tractors being in the range of 900 cubic inches, and I believe it after watching those tractors eat road gear taking off! We did out pull a couple red tractors in the class, but we were definitely out classed! I did run 7th in that class, but the clutch really didn't like it, but it did go 290 some ft till it petered out! So we jumped over to the 14000# 8mph class, and Jeff put the 220 out the back to the tune of 350 some ft!!! that was good enough to take 2nd place money!! I spun in at 280 some ft. My tractor doesn't like 5th gear, it does better in 6th. but we had a great time, and the local AC support group there was awesome!!! What a great group of AC folks!! Bad part is it was 4 hours home, got in at 3AM! It's your turn to come pull with us up north! All in all a really fun day even if it was 22hrs!! now for a nap!

also wanted to say thanks and how awsome the ac group was at paris and at strasburg. What a turn of events for one day, as when we left home we were just going to the opop, and then loading and getting to strasburg in time for a pull that we had no idea about at 1:00 in the afternoon. The whole experiance will be cherished for a long time. Ig, I just added a 7050 intercooler to my original block, then redid the plumbing to get water thru it.

Yes, Jeff's 220, and my 210 both still are using the 3500 series engines that came in the 210/220 tractors, the blocks were alot different in the mkII engines in the 7030 and up. Also, a big ATTABOY to Jeff, our trusty truck driver, who also did an outstanding job driving the 220 last night too! would not have been possible to make a day like yesterday, without him! Ed.
