The new to me two row corn head I got from Sandknob is sitting on my farm and looking right at home here. LOL
It was a real hauling avenger getting it home! But thanks to Adam getting it hauled to Dales show and Michael Crowe for the long haul to my place it's here and weighting to get put on the "A" for next years crop. And thanks to the guy that loaded it on Michael.
Adam and I have been trying to get this done for two years now! lol

Dave, Did Mike and Rick put you up to picking on me too about my green toys? lol
I have the "4020" sitting here just to power my 45K PTO generator, The WD45s don't have the HP's to turn it. The 4020 don't not get to farm, just generate backup power.
I think the 45's all just (-: at it when they are doing all the field work and it is just sitting there watching them do all the farm work. LOL

No Don, I thought that up all by myself......it's sorta a spontaneous response to any of those off-color things. But I am delighted to hear that they don't get to do any farming. I suppose it's okay to have one around strictly for emergency purposes. LOL! ------------- WC, CA, D14, WD45 |

| Good looking header. Still very straight tin. Seeing the punched hole screen brings back a memory. Dad and I went to a salvage yard years ago and got 3 or 4 of them and the end snoots and put them onto our 636 head that we ran on the 81 N6. I saw the old header years later on a dealer lot. It was easy to see it was our old head. |

Don,
I'm glad we were finally able to get it down to you. I absolutly hated to see it go to the scrap yard, but it was just sitting behind our barn doing nothing. Glad you will put it to good use. I ran my 330 today to test everything out. Wow those chains and snapping rolls really MOVE. Don't want to get anywhere close to them. I broke a stalk off and stuck it in the chains. My son was with me in the cab when I started it and he watched it go in. He turned around and said where did it go?
Let me know how it works for you. I'd also like to see action pictures if you get the chance.

Adam,
I will get the "240" all lubed up and put on next year, This years corn is in 30" rows so the "330" three row head is up for the job one more time. Thanks again Adam.
