My bride early this spring, thought it would be good to have a Pig Roast!  So it has started today, pig cooking on Saturday.  She is at our camp, where it is going to happen, I am leaving in the morning since I had to work today.  I have got 4 text messages, and 3 e-mails from her, on stuff she forgot to take with her!!!  My truck and trailer will be full in the A.M..   Bought the pig from a local shop, about 95lbs + or - , rented the cooker, and time to kick back with friends and family, have a beverage, and smell the smoke on Saturday!!  This is going to be 2nd time we have done it, learned a lot from the first time, and it will not be the last time!!!

RUT-ROH!!!   Shameless didn't get an invitation..... it's gonna be bad.... later this winter.  I can see him setting the coordinates and working on the turbo to get that blasted machine to hit Pennsylvania this winter.   Just hope it doesn't fall short and hit southwest Ohio on the way there.

It was a long week-end, not much sleep, to many adult time beverages! lol

So it started out with me picking up the pig on a borrowed trailer, on Friday, 12 miles later, on the 4 lane, 28 north, I blew out a tire!  I sat for 2 hours till my oldest son came with a spare, a rain storm, and on the road again.

The rest of the week-end was GREAT, lots of family/friends/good memories/FUN!

As for the pictures, sorry buddy, have no clue how to do dat either!! lol
