You need to loosen the adjusting ring locking screw just enough so that the cluch adjusting ring can be turne and tighten the cluch by turning the notched cluch adjusting ring clockwise with a screw-driver until the proper adjustement is obtained.Moving the adjusting ring 1 or 2 notches is generally sufficient  and do not forget your cluch must be desangaged for adjusting and you need 30 lbs on lever for good adjustement and it not the 3 screw on housing then you need to loosen she is behind the brake cluch on the adjusting ring plate and do not toutch the 2 slotted head crews.

The large screw driver does the job , also a small tire iron with flat / straight tip end will work.
