A friend asked me if a wide front from a C is the same as a CA wide front. I didn't have a good answer but i'm bettin someone on here knows.

It's not the same. It will however bolt on. If you put a C front on you won't be able to mount any frount mounted implement. the mounting boss's are differant. the Axle center section is slightly differant. The fount bolster for a CA has reinforcments cast in that are not on a C front. You will want the C grill to go with the front end .

I do believe a CA has a taller spindle assembly.

I know what Dave means but technically he is not correct. The wide front can be put on without changing the bolster. The bolster is a seperate piece of the tractor. Dimensionally both wide fronts are the same. The CA spindles has stops cast on the bottom of it. The center sections also have different part nos. because they are welded together diferently.
