An operator's manual would be your best friend in this case. I've seen some on e-Bay before, but a forum member might have a good one they'd sell.

We have some books I think on a 66 I’ll have to look my dad know a lot about all crops. Me not so much but I know it’ll run clean and be good. It’s pretty complete I’ll be home this evening and I’m going to work on it

Use your 66 book then. Settings should be the same I would think.

cylinder speed 1600 shelling plate,concaves 1/8-1/4 wind valve 0-1/4 finishing sieve 9/64
These are from the 72 operating manual. I found its a good start. You"ll have to fine tune.
You will fine that it is a very good machine. Grease it good. I forget how many grease fitting there are (74)?. But it takes 30-45 minutes once you find them all.

Yep, make sure you get all the Alemites greased well since it's been sitting, especially the ones in the hard to get to places. Think of it this way...if it's that hard just to grease it, imagine what it'll be like trying to get in there to replace the bearing. It also helps to have a grease gun hose that's fairly long for some of the fittings.
I'd start with westfork's recommendation of 1,600 RPM on the cylinder, and if you want and conditions are right you can generally dial it down. I think it's more gentle on the grain that way.
Not sure if you've been to the Orange Spectacular or not, but in the past they've put out a neat copy of the old "knowledge is power" booklet covering basic operation, adjustments, and troubleshooting on the All-Crops. It's a lot handier in the field than thumbing through the operator's manual.
Something else I've found handy when getting everything set is to have a helper drive the tractor while you walk beside the machine with a grain scoop catching material off the shoe. You can then analyze it and check for loss. Once you get it set right, there will be little to no loss, except for maybe some small shriveled kernels once in a while.

I used a battery operated grease gun. Worked ok if you remember to charge the batteries. I now use two hand pump guns, one with a long hose and one of those smaller one handed guns. They work very well in the tight spots.

Thanks guys those settings are those just grass settings and then fine tune it or is that pretty close to orchard grass specs. I turned it on this evening about 30 minutes ago put the reel together someone had the belt tension off that drives the reel. I’m planning to us it tomorrow.
This thing come from Spring Hill test station in TN they bought it knew. I’m excited to try it iv been wanting a nice one

Also, your reel belt in the above photo...it's routed upside down. Here's how it should be. It's a huge "pet peeve" of mine when they are routed upside down. The point of the high-clearance drive is to keep tall crops/weeds from tangling in the chain/belt. I don't know if guys just don't remember how it's supposed to go or they just don't care. Either way, it's like nails on a chalk board to me. This is a Super 100, which uses a chain drive, but it's routed the same way.

Those were orchard grass specs out of the model 72 operating manual. Different conditions, dry etc, may require a fine tune. I usually just adjust the throttle. That may be the lazy way, but have found that a little less rpm usually works out.
