The wheel centers are different between the D15 and WD45.  D15 has a flat face while the WD45 is dished.  As a result, the eccentrics are different between the 2 models.

I just removed my wheels off a D15.  Getting the centers out was quite a bit of work.  Myself and an exchange student that likes to come by and play in the shop worked ourselves into a pretty good lather trying to pound the centers out the way Dennis shows in the video.  They just bounced, but would not seperate.  In the end I put a bar into the hooked end of the rail, and pried down on the hub, and they came apart fairly easily after all our pounding.
I tried prying with out pounding on the center on the second one, but they needed to be broken loose with pounding before trying to pry them out.  I had to add some material under the bar to get the fulcrum where it needed to be, but it was comically easy after an hour and some of slamming the hub with an eight pound maul.Cry
