Just a note about this auction. Do not lose their phone # as I'm not sure that
Neil and his dad are going completely out of business. Maybe Neil will come on here and explain what is going to happen in the future. I just want everyone to know that the auction is just a couple weeks away on May 26th. Den

They have a 60 X 80 building that has to be removed within 15 days, not much time for such a big project.

That spring green and silver rim 8000 is very interesting. How the firewall and interior cab posts are also painted, indicates this wasn't some quick body shop job. We need to get more info on this like the serial #.
Someone a year ago on here had one with original green paint on the cab as well.

If someone makes it there.
Please get some serial numbers off that green 8070. That's a mystery machine. Possibly some pictures.
Thanks

It's a 8010 with what appears to be a open station. The side panels and hood are gone. The motor has been replaced with a 190. I wouldn't say it anything to special just a salvage yard piece together with a Deutz green cab.

Got back a little bit ago .Did not buy anything. Hooked up with Den So.Il to move some stuff north on the allis express while I was there. Lots and lots of dismantled tractors in varying degrees of condition. Quite a few runners also . Met with the usual bunch of characters. Den , Il.Gleaner ,Dustin Mo. , WayneR

I was there but left early at 10:30 to mow hay. A lot of 7000, 8000, and 200 parts, but also a lot of scrap. Wish I could have seen the tractors sell.

What the Deutz green mysterious 8000 series tractor bring ? At the time of the formation of Deutz Allis there was talk of keeping the 8000 series of tractors , painting them green but then fell apart

From what i could tell it had been repainted, serial number looked to be in the 1900s, and had covers on the front where the trottle had been. Im curious to what they brought too since i left early. What did all the pallets if side panels and doors bring? I was in the wrong place when the earlier ones in the sale sold

I was thinking it probably was repainted, I bet the guys running the paint booth at West Allis would have been real reluctant to spray Deutz Green on an Allis tractor !

Sorry I didn't write prices down, it was just too hot and humid. I am sure a piece of paper would have been a blurred mess at the end of the day. Also 2 auctioneers going at once. For the most part stuff was selling very reasonable. I talk too much at these events.
